Bilingual Early Talent Recruiter (GTM)- Mandarin, English

Role Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Early Talent Recruiter to help us find the next generation of talent at universities across the U.S. and Canada. The role involves building and owning campus recruiting, sourcing creatively, and creating recruiting content in Chinese and English.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will build and own campus recruiting, source creatively, create recruiting content, partner with marketing, plan and run campus events, and screen candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years in recruiting, campus ambassador programs, student organization leadership, community building, sales, or similar
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, written and spoken
• Strong command of WeChat and Xiaohongshu (RED), including community management and creating content that gets engagement
• Comfortable with LinkedIn and Handshake for outreach and job search
• Familiarity with the job search process for students, including work authorization questions international students face
• Organized with data: able to track pipelines in Google Sheets or Excel
• Existing connections with student organizations at U.S. or Canadian universities is a strong plus
