Requirements
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Support contract administration
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with the People team to roll out company-wide initiatives
- Plan and coordinate company-wide events
- Manage event logistics
- Support feedback collection and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company guidelines
- Assist with payroll-related inputs
- Identify opportunities to improve people operations processes
