Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive commercial growth and strengthen brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within aerospace, aviation, MRO, manufacturing, defense, or industrial sectors
- Experience managing integrated campaigns in a global environment required
- Proven ability to plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical subject matter into clear, audience-appropriate marketing content
- Proficiency with marketing and CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and similar tools
- Experience with digital marketing channels including email, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media
- Strong analytical skills — able to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations
- Proven project management capability — able to manage multiple simultaneous programs against aggressive deadlines
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus
