The Sr. Operations Analyst-Revenue Operations role is a critical driver of Sales and Revenue Operations excellence, enabling the organization to make smarter, faster, and more data-driven commercial decisions. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations, supporting the full revenue lifecycle from pipeline creation through forecasting, compensation, and performance management.
Requirements
- Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce and Power BI dashboards
- Own core Sales Operations and Revenue Operations reporting
- Monitor and enforce pipeline integrity, stage hygiene, and forecast discipline
- Support end-to-end sales compensation processes
- Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership on territory design, account assignment, coverage models
- Analyze sales and revenue performance across segments, regions, products, and channels
- Maintain CRM governance, including field definitions, workflows, validation rules, documentation, and ongoing data quality management
