The Sr. Operations Analyst-Revenue Operations role is a critical driver of Sales and Revenue Operations excellence, enabling the organization to make smarter, faster, and more data-driven commercial decisions. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations, supporting the full revenue lifecycle from pipeline creation through forecasting, compensation, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce and Power BI dashboards
  • Own core Sales Operations and Revenue Operations reporting
  • Monitor and enforce pipeline integrity, stage hygiene, and forecast discipline
  • Support end-to-end sales compensation processes
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership on territory design, account assignment, coverage models
  • Analyze sales and revenue performance across segments, regions, products, and channels
  • Maintain CRM governance, including field definitions, workflows, validation rules, documentation, and ongoing data quality management
