The Head of Digital Marketing & Marketing Analytics is a senior, strategic leader responsible for driving next generation digital marketing capabilities that directly support organizational growth and fundraising outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing/marketing technology across multiple platforms and channels
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including people management and the ability to mentor and develop talent
- Deep understanding of modern marketing technology stacks, including hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing platforms
- Strong expertise in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and ROI modeling
- Practical, forward-thinking passion and experience applying AI and advanced technologies in marketing
- Proven success partnering closely with Sales and IT to deliver integrated, results-driven solutions
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, with a track record of engaging and advising senior-level stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in evolving, fast-paced environments
- Passion for marketing that makes a meaningful contribution to organizational impact and mission
