Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst supports Cinch’s FP&A, Reporting, and General & Administrative functions by delivering accurate financial reporting, thoughtful analysis, and practical business insights.

What You Will Do

Provide financial support to G&A leaders, analyze actual results against budget, forecast, prior year, and business expectations, and prepare clear financial analyses, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, business analytics, or a related discipline
• Working knowledge of financial statements, month-end close processes, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and GAAP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint
• Experience with financial and reporting systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, data visualization, process automation, or AI-enabled analytical tools
