The Communications Manager, Global Sales Enablement will drive engagement and adoption of key initiatives across the global sales organization. What You Will Do

Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for enablement programs, product launches, and organizational initiatives, utilizing generative AI to tailor messaging for diverse global audiences. Create high-impact content across email, digital platforms, video, and social channels, employing AI-assisted writing tools to optimize clarity, tone, and engagement levels.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Communications roles
• Experience in supporting communications for sales teams and familiarity with sales enablement, field operations, or technology environments.
• Proven experience in internal communications, marketing, or a related field with strong editorial judgment and a track record of adopting new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using digital collaboration and workflow management systems.
