Senior Data Analyst (Databricks and PySpark)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for creating agents and multiagents, proposing automated solutions, exploring emerging technologies, and applying AI Generative (GenAI) concepts to transform processes and generate strategic insights.

What You Will Do

The person will be responsible for exploring and analyzing data to identify patterns, opportunities, and improvements in processes, developing and applying agents and multiagents for automation, insight generation, and decision-making support.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering or data analysis and data-oriented solution development
• Experience with AI and pipeline automation projects
• Knowledge in Python, SQL, Databricks, and PySpark
• Knowledge in CI/CD and versioning with GitHub
• Domain knowledge in ETL/ELT processes
• Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure/Databricks and Google Cloud Platform – GCP)
• Experience or strong interest in agents and multiagents applied to analysis and automation
• Desired knowledge in AI Generative (GenAI) and modern automation tools
• Data modeling and data quality knowledge
• Knowledge in graph modeling and analysis (e.g., Neo4j, Graph Data Science)
