The AVP Business Analytics Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility, translating data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and making recommendations through the use of data analysis and segmentation methodologies.
Requirements
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies
- Ensure analytics drive appropriate marketing investment decisions and marketing plan activities
- Analyze performance of marketing programs and business initiatives
- Forecasting includes creation of key indicator curves and indices
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies
- Make and implement recommendations through the use of data analysis and segmentation methodologies
- Manage staff, evaluate subordinates’ performance, and make decisions regarding staffing, pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
- Assess risk when business decisions are made and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
