The Operations Data Analyst will support the Division of Disease Control in developing and maintaining tracking systems, identifying opportunities for improved data management reporting, and streamlining cross-Divisional workflows.
Requirements
- Identify opportunities for improved data management reporting and develop proactive decision-making tools
- Support the strategic planning and centralization efforts across Procurement and HR
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis necessary to continuously assess HR and Procurement capacity and performance
- Assess available data sources to continuously improve current reporting systems
- Conduct trainings for newly developed tools and provide ongoing TA guidance and support to staff
