Requirements
- Tell the program’s operational story through analysis
- Build and maintain a small set of trusted program metrics
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Forecast volume and workload needs
- Evaluate the impact of operational or policy changes
- Create tools and reports to support program management
- Write efficient SQL and use Python or R for analysis
