Sales Enablement Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst who will support sales and operations by managing and improving key technology platforms. This role combines technology support, training, troubleshooting, and process improvement to ensure teams have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

What You Will Do

Manage and support Salesforce, administer and support ArcSite and Rilla, develop and improve system integrations and automation, create and maintain reports and dashboards, train and assist users, partner with internal teams and technology vendors, identify process and system gaps, and support new technology implementations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, CRM administration, business systems, business analytics, or a related field
• Experience administering or supporting Salesforce required
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems, field service platforms, or sales technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technology and identify the root cause of problems
• Strong understanding of data, reporting, and dashboards
• Experience training and supporting end users
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of problems from start to finish
