Product Operations Lead (Líder de Operaciones de Producto) – Mexico City (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Product Operations Lead to build the engine that powers our Product and Engineering teams. As the first Product Operations hire at Clara, you will be responsible for the systems, data, and communication loops that turn strategy into execution.

Requirements

• Operational Architecture: Design and optimize the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization to shipping and retrospectives.
• AI-Driven Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks in our workflow and implement AI-based solutions to automate them.
• Data Strategy: Own product analytics. Define key metrics, build dashboards in Metabase, and provide the quantitative evidence needed for roadmap decisions.
• Insights Loop: Create a scalable system to capture and synthesize feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and users, ensuring it flows directly into the product roadmap.
• Alignment & Communication: Own the ‘Product Rhythm.’ Manage cross-functional updates via Slack and Google Drive to ensure company-wide clarity and high-quality documentation.
