Role Overview
The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce experience in administration or development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce security model, standard/custom objects, automation tools, and reports/dashboards.
What You Will Do
The job involves configuring and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, security settings, and data access, and creating and enhancing custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience in administration or development
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, standard/custom objects, automation tools, and reports/dashboards
- Experience working with data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ticketing systems like JIRA
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions independently
- Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable
