Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative engages with prospects and customers in key markets to match their business needs with CCOA’s Out of Home Advertising solutions. This role works in a high-volume environment and is pivotal in developing new business through lead activation and following up and following through on account.
What You Will Do
Sources new sales opportunities by following up on assigned leads, prospecting, and cold calling. Identifies and engages with prospective customers to introduce CCOA’s advertising solutions by phone, email, and social media.

Achieves monthly activity and sales quotas to drive success. Forecasts sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools to consistently hit monthly and yearly budget goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
- Minimum five (5) years sales experience (inside sales preferred) selling advertising or related products or services, on quota, and in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1-2 years sales management experience preferred
- Experience with sales automation and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
