Marketing Operations Systems Specialist

Role Overview

This position is responsible for the administration, governance, innovation, and optimization of marketing and creative systems, primarily Asana and Canva. The role ensures standardized workflows, intake processes, automation logic, AI-enabled efficiencies, and reporting structures are implemented accurately and consistently across regions.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Operations Systems Specialist will translate departmental strategy into scalable workflows, standardized intake processes, and sustainable system design. They will drive innovation within Asana by identifying and implementing automation enhancements, AI-enabled efficiencies, and intelligent workflow improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Systems Administration within a multi-team or multi-regional environment. They will have demonstrated experience administering Asana (or similar enterprise project management platform) and experience supporting Canva in partnership with Creative/Brand teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Systems Administration
• Demonstrated experience administering Asana (or similar enterprise project management platform)
• Experience supporting Canva in partnership with Creative/Brand teams
• Familiarity with additional marketing and creative platforms (e.g., Adobe, HubSpot, Hootsuite)
