Senior CRM/Retention Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Rozmova & Clearly is a mental health marketplace that connects clients with licensed therapists. This is a senior, hands-on role that owns how we talk to users after sign-up, across email and WhatsApp.

What You Will Do

Own CRM across email and WhatsApp, build and improve lifecycle flows, set up and maintain channel integrations, run a regular testing cadence, and measure impact in revenue and retention.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in CRM/lifecycle/retention marketing, hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar, and a comfort with data and writing. They should be an owner, systems thinker, and clear communicator.
