Role Overview

The Director of Marketing and Business Development is responsible for planning and executing all marketing efforts to ensure full occupancy of the hospital. This position also represents the hospital to local providers and promotes positive public relations and clinical services.

What You Will Do

Develops and implements integrated strategic marketing and sales plans, identifies potential partnerships and growth opportunities, and ensures competency adherence for clinical liaisons.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have three years of experience in healthcare marketing, a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field or marketing, and supervisory experience. They will also have proficiency in MS Office software and effective organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Three years’ experience in healthcare marketing
  • Five years current experience in healthcare industry preferred
  • OR one year working experience in ClearSky Hospital
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field or marketing preferred
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred
