Role Overview
The Head of Business Development & Marketing will support the Debt Finance Group in driving sustainable growth through the development and delivery of targeted business development and marketing plans. This role will work closely with partners, lawyers, and other business professionals to identify, pursue, and win revenue-generating opportunities.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include establishing and overseeing the implementation of business development and marketing plans, tracking progress, and refining approach to achieve over-arching goals. The role will also involve commissioning research initiatives, overseeing the quality of output, and facilitating the flow of information to drive collaboration and cross-selling of client relationships and products.
