The Senior Financial Analyst will provide high-level support to the Finance Team, maintaining GAAP compliance and nonprofit accounting standards, and supporting audit readiness across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or finance
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the field, with 3-4 years of experience in non-profit accounting
- Knowledge of accounting software, Blackbaud CRM and Financial Edge a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
