Agentic Operator – Growth Marketing – LLM Visibility, SEO, Website (USA Only – 100% Remote)

We’re hiring an AI-charged growth operator to own the website and trial funnel at Close. The job involves experimenting with the website to improve conversion rates and optimizing the trial signup flow. The ideal candidate is conversion-obsessed, AI-native, and hands-on, with a strong background in growth at a SaaS or PLG company.

Requirements

• Conversion-obsessed with a focus on experimentation and optimization
• AI-native with experience in using AI to run experiments and automate processes
• Hands-on with the ability to write copy, pull data, brief engineers, and ship changes
• Literate in modern search and technical SEO
• 8-12 years of experience in growth at a SaaS or PLG company
