Senior Revenue Systems Administrator

Role Overview

This is a senior, hands-on role owning the systems that run CloudM’s revenue operating model. Salesforce sits at the center of it, and you will be accountable for it. You will inherit a platform that has grown quickly alongside the business, so your job is to stabilise it, document it, rationalise the automation that has accumulated, and run it as a dependable foundation for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance as we scale.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include Salesforce platform ownership, automation remediation, support and request management, quoting and deal desk, data quality and reporting, integrations, external delivery, and documentation and enablement.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role suits someone who enjoys improving systems, asks clarifying questions before building, and is as comfortable explaining a report to a sales manager as they are rebuilding a broken flow.

Requirements

  • Five or more years administering Salesforce in a B2B environment, preferably SaaS-focused, including experience as the sole or lead administrator of an org
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Demonstrable experience rebuilding or remediating inherited automation, including flows, with Apex capability through Platform Developer I or equivalent practical experience
  • Comfortable owning a live support queue and making prioritisation calls under pressure
  • Confidence building reports and dashboards, with the ability to ask clarifying questions, understand the use case, and provide insights rather than just numbers
  • Experience briefing, reviewing, and accepting work from an external consultant, partner, or agency
  • Care for data quality and detail with a friendly problem-solving approach
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, and experience working remotely as part of a distributed team

Benefits

  • Private healthcare including dental and optical care
  • Company contributed pension (matched up to 5%)
  • Unlimited paid holiday
  • Flexible working
  • 10 paid sick days
  • Death in service, 4 times your annual salary
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Tech scheme (Salary sacrifice, CloudM can loan you up to £1,000.00 for tech equipment)
  • 10 Time to Learn days
  • Birthdays off
  • Opportunity to develop within a fast-growing tech business with an ambitious year-on-year growth trajectory
  • Market-leading parental leave policies
  • Various wellbeing initiatives
  • Exclusive access to discounts & rewards
  • High-spec equipment (laptops, phones, etc.)
  • Working from home equipment budget
