Director, People Operations

We’re hiring a Director, People Operations to build and scale the systems that define how our company operates and how our people succeed. This role owns the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from onboarding through performance and development—and is responsible for translating company growth into durable, scalable people infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in People Operations, People Programs, or HR in high-growth technology environments
  • Track record of building and scaling core people programs (onboarding, performance, engagement)
  • Strong systems thinker; able to design simple, durable infrastructure in complex environments
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business-aligned people strategy
  • Data-driven; uses metrics to inform decisions and iterate quickly
  • High ownership with a bias toward action and execution
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence across levels
