In a period of growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our Sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across sales, finance, and administration functions while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of commercial operations.

You should be highly organised, dependable, and enjoy supporting a busy commercial team. You take pride in keeping systems accurate, processes efficient, and helping the wider business operate smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce and CRM systems, ensuring all customer and sales data is accurate and up to date
  • Support the sales and commercial teams with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Process expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and assist with basic financial administration
  • Monitor CRM data quality and produce regular pipeline and activity reports
  • Coordinate customer documentation, contracts, and onboarding information
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing calendars where required
  • Liaise with internal departments including finance, operations, and customer service
  • Support account management activities and customer communications
  • Track sales activity, renewals, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure commercial records are organised and compliant
  • Help improve administrative processes and identify efficiencies within workflows

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, commercial support, sales support, or operations role
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable handling expenses, invoicing, and financial administration tasks
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support different areas of the business

Employment Arrangements

  • Part-time or full-time considered. Flexible working arrangements may be available depending on experience and business needs.
