Role Overview
Coeur is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise financial planning and analysis activities, providing leadership across Coeur’s enterprise financial planning and analysis activities and serving as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and operating teams.
What You Will Do
The Senior Manager will lead key planning, forecasting, financial modeling and performance management activities across the organization, translating operational and financial results into actionable insights that support executive decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing finance professionals
- Significant experience leading annual budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, management reporting, and complex financial modeling
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency with enterprise planning platforms such as Oracle/Hyperion and BI/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong knowledge of income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets
