We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Account Manager to join the team in our Dublin office. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of SME Mid‐Market clients, strengthening strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer engagement and delivery.
Requirements
- Office based Account Management for a portfolio of SME polices, with a mix of brokered and direct policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned SME accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Analyse client needs and provide expert advice on our products and services.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your portfolio.
- Conduct regular client meetings and negotiations at senior management level.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports on account progress;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolve any client issues;
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your portfolio.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- To participate in projects and take on additional tasks, as and when required.
