Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead A/B testing and data-driven decision making across the digital user journey. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, business, and data, driving measurable impact on customer experience, engagement, and conversion.
What You Will Do
Lead and scale A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive decisions, turn complex data into clear insights and compelling stories, and own reporting and dashboards for product performance.

Requirements
- 5–7+ years in Digital Analytics / Data Analysis
- Strong expertise in experimentation & hypothesis-driven testing
- Advanced SQL skills (BigQuery / Databricks preferred)
- Hands-on experience with GA4, tag management (GTM / Tealium)
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
