Financial Analyst

Join COLIBRIX.ONE, a fintech company building AI-powered payment technologies, as a Financial Analyst to support daily financial operations, reporting, and reconciliation processes. The role involves performing daily transaction reconciliations, conducting periodic financial reconciliations, and providing insights to drive business decisions. You will work with merchant settlements, create financial accounting workbooks, and maintain daily financial performance dashboards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role within fintech, banking, or similar financial environments
• Solid Excel skills and confidence working with numbers
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in daily financial tasks
• Experience working with financial data, reconciliations, and reporting
• A proactive and responsible mindset, with a genuine interest in learning
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems simultaneously
• Willingness to dive into financial data and reconciliation processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
