HDR is looking for a Business Development Leader to drive growth for their federal business group within the Colorado area. The role involves developing capture plans, pursuits, proposals, and strategic marketing campaigns to win new work. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of industry experience, strong relationships with Federal agency clients, and a proven track record of building and sustaining client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or related field
- Experience in the EAC industry working pursuits and proposals
- Professional registration/certification, i.e. RA, PE, AICP
- Ideally 10 years’ experience in operations or Business Development in support of Federal agency clients
- Client Engagement experience with the Department of Defense across multiple agencies or departments
