Manager, Software Engineering (Marketing Technology)

Role Overview

Lead a team of software engineers responsible for delivering and evolving solutions that span marketing platforms, cloud services, commerce technologies, and enterprise integrations. Partner with Marketing, CRM, Digital Commerce, Product, and Technology stakeholders to prioritize work and align delivery with business objectives.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers; partner with stakeholders to prioritize work and align delivery with business objectives; guide the delivery of complex initiatives spanning customer engagement platforms, e-commerce systems, cloud services, APIs, and enterprise applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in a complex technology environment
• Experience supporting Marketing Technology, CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, or related digital customer experience platforms
• Strong understanding of modern application architectures, APIs, integrations, cloud services, and software delivery practices
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to deliver cross-functional technology initiatives and drive successful outcomes
• Familiarity with technologies and platforms such as Zeta, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, .NET, Node.js, Azure, AWS, or similar solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
