Requirements
- Customer Success Manager responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, driving customer retention, and accelerating revenue growth
- Experience in customer success or telecommunications
- Detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage complex accounts, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver excellent customer experiences
