Requirements

  • Customer Success Manager responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, driving customer retention, and accelerating revenue growth
  • Experience in customer success or telecommunications
  • Detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex accounts, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver excellent customer experiences
