Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first line of communication with prospects, researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline, driving meeting conversion, and owning top-of-funnel execution.
What You Will Do
You will consistently create high-quality sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting, secure qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives, and build and manage a strong pipeline of early-stage opportunities.

Requirements
- Demonstrated drive, hunger and the ability to achieve targets in a quota-driven environment
- Familiarity with Commvault products and a solid understanding of the SaaS landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SFDC, and customer engagement tools
- Exceptional negotiation and customer engagement skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all business interactions
