GTM Systems Engineer

CompanyCam is a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors. We’re looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to help build and scale our go-to-market organization.

Requirements

• Design and implement automation that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market teams
• Architect and deploy AI-powered GTM automations
• Create, own, and maintain Salesforce Apex code
• Develop intelligent routing, territory assignment, and operational workflows
• Continuously test, measure, and optimize automation performance
• Administer and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem
• Support integrations across the GTM tech stack
• Design scalable workflows
• Reduce manual work across marketing, sales, and customer success
• Partner with cross-functional teams
• Prototype and evaluate new tools, AI platforms, and automation technologies
• Maintain system documentation, governance standards, and data integrity
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards
