Compass Surgical Partners is a leading ambulatory surgery center development and management partner. The Manager of People Operations will oversee HR operations, employee relations, and build scalable infrastructure to support growth to 700 employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong experience managing benefits administration, leave programs, and compliance processes
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, reporting, and data management
- Working knowledge of employment laws, including wage and hour, ADA, FMLA, and state regulations
- Proven ability to manage investigations, coach managers, and handle sensitive employee matters professionally
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to execute complex initiatives independently
