Create the future of e-health by becoming a Customer Success Manager at CompuGroup Medical. As a key contact for Revenue Cycle Management customers, you will establish and maintain strong relationships, coordinate resources, and drive improvements in KPIs and revenue cycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of strategic account executive and/or management experience in healthcare and/or payor experience
  • Proven record as a strategic account manager/consultant with demonstrated success in customer growth and retention
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated capabilities in establishing executive level relationships
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills – written and verbal
  • Solid business development, leadership, administrative and organizational skills
  • Computer skills required using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
