Finance Business Partner (FP&A Manager)

Role Overview

The Finance Business Partner (FP&A Manager) will be based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, working closely with business leaders and partnering with the relevant product line to provide financial insight and support. The role will contribute to business growth, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement, while also supporting key projects and day-to-day priorities.

The day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading the delivery of financial and business analysis, providing timely and insightful financial and commercial commentary, delivering accurate financial reporting, and advising business leaders on financial implications.

Requirements

• Strong financial, commercial, and analytical skills
• Significant experience in FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering
• Proven experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders in a global organisation
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience using Finance systems such as Oracle and Essbase
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills
• A strategic and commercial mindset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA or local equivalent)
• Experience with ERP and financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday (desirable)
• Data visualisation tools such as Tableau (desirable)
