The HR People and Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on human resources data to support strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Collect and analyze HR data
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within HRIS and related systems
  • Support compensation benchmarking and salary analysis
  • Track recruiting pipeline metrics
  • Analyze employee lifecycle data to identify retention risks and opportunities
