The HR People and Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on human resources data to support strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Collect and analyze HR data
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within HRIS and related systems
- Support compensation benchmarking and salary analysis
- Track recruiting pipeline metrics
- Analyze employee lifecycle data to identify retention risks and opportunities
