We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to lead a high-performing operation focused on client and customer success in Accra, Ghana.

Requirements

  • Analyzing and maintaining Client Service Level Agreements
  • Maximizing revenue generation
  • Selecting, training, and managing performance of direct reports
  • Managing operational reports
  • Creating and maximizing relationships with client partners
  • Providing leadership and guidance to direct reports
  • Conducting regular one-on-ones with direct reports
  • Creating a positive work environment through employee engagement
  • Implementing best practices and over-delivering for clients
  • Attending business reviews with the client
  • Handling a team of team leaders
