Role Overview

This high-impact, sales-focused role sits at the intersection of business strategy, advanced technology, and mission-critical outcomes for USG missions, and critical infrastructure accounts. The Director of Strategic Growth will lead cross-functional efforts to identify, capture, and accelerate high-value LEXSOTM growth opportunities, rapidly expanding Constellis’ presence and positioning the company as the premier integrator of AI-enabled layered security operations for defense and national security missions.

What You Will Do

Represent LEXSOTM at modernization forums, relevant industry days, and defense technology expos, delivering high-impact capability briefings and live demonstrations tailored to customer priorities and national security requirements. Identify, prioritize, and penetrate key accounts, building long-term strategic relationships with customer leadership and security stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in business development and/or technical sales, with proven track record in DOD/Federal technology and defense markets
  • Deep familiarity with defense acquisition processes, federal contracting mechanisms (IDIQ, task orders, FFP, T&M), government procurement cycles, and DoD security authorization frameworks
  • Active U.S. Government security clearance (Secret minimum)
  • Experience in AI-enabled security platforms, integrated sensor systems, or operational software environments relevant to critical infrastructure and defense missions
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Proven experience driving complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
  • Robust proposal writing and business development experience, including federal RFP responses, capability white papers, and defense positioning documents
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive results under pressure
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
  • Trusted advisor mindset — discreet, reliable, and able to build credibility with senior military leadership and commercial executives
