Role Overview
Constellis is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will build and own financial models, driver-based forecasts, and executive-level analyses that help leaders make better, faster decisions.
What You Will Do
Build, own, and improve reusable, driver-based financial models for revenue, margin, pipeline, funded backlog, and forecast credibility with transparent logic and documented checks. Create decision-ready executive, board, and lender PowerPoint decks with clear narrative to explain what matters, compare options, and recommend actions.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Hands-on examples of personally implemented multi-step AI workflows
- Experience preparing executive and board materials
- Initiative, accountability, and effective cross-functional communication
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
