Performance Marketing Manager (Remote)

As a Performance Marketer, you’ll own and scale our paid acquisition channels to drive qualified pipeline for a category-defining AI product.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads at scale with demonstrable pipeline impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) for lead tracking and attribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage six-figure monthly budgets and clearly report on pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
