Customer Engagement Supervisor (Inside Sales)

Role Overview

The Customer Engagement Supervisor position requires maintaining day-to-day operations of a Customer Engagement Sales team, including supervision of staff, creating a collaborative environment, and building a high-performing team to meet and exceed monthly goals. This position is responsible for building a high-performing team to help promote overall business growth, including setting and achieving sales goals.

What You Will Do

Manage sales team, organize and direct daily activities, distribute workload, monitor and review performance, provide feedback, and resolve escalated customer issues.
