Role Overview
The Business Development Director supports strategic growth initiatives that advance organizational objectives and expand market opportunities. This position develops and maintains relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners, promotes brand awareness, and supports internal and external communications efforts.
What You Will Do
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategic approaches that support business development initiatives and organizational objectives. Develop and execute business development projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field requiring strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development, sales, proposal writing, brand strategy, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives
- Experience in Medicaid programs, healthcare services, self-direction services, nonprofit organizations, or related industries preferred
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet established deadlines
- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and accountability
- Ability to travel independently and with team members approximately five (5) days per month
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and organizational improvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
