Master Data Analyst or Specialist

We are seeking a Master Data Analyst or Specialist to join our team in Manila. The successful candidate will analyze and resolve complex data related issues, support day-to-day operational activities, and execute requests from stakeholders globally.

Requirements

• Support day-to-day operational activities
• Execute requests from stakeholders globally
• Strict implementation of Continental policies & procedures
• Perform compliances checks on business requests
• Provide technical assistance to business with tools
• Provide support in the overall data management process
• Perform troubleshooting as needed
• Support Team Lead in internal compliance activities
• Prepare reports to measure, monitor, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Act as a backup for colleagues process and deliverables
• Provide support to Team Lead on people development
• Participate in GBS Manila employee initiatives
• Support implementation of technology-related process improvement opportunities
• Identify, present, and support execution of process improvements ideas
