Senior Marketing Automation Lead

Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and quality assurance of email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, forms, landing pages, and automated audience journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Develop, test, deploy, and optimize email campaigns using Litmus and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Build and maintain forms, landing pages, audience segments, and automated audience journeys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement focused on developing and deploying email campaigns, audience journeys, forms, and landing pages.
• Proven experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, SQL, AmpScript, Contact Builder, Salesforce CRM integration, and quality assurance testing.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with email testing, quality assurance, and deployment validation using Litmus or similar testing platforms.
• Proven ability to independently build, troubleshoot, optimize, and execute complex marketing automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience journey execution, segmentation, personalization, and quality assurance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated curiosity, continuous learning mindset, and commitment to process improvement.
