Technical Sales Engineer

Role Overview

We are a global climate technologies company engineered for sustainability, creating sustainable and efficient spaces through HVACR technologies. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you support consultative sales engagements by providing technical expertise, guiding solution development, and translating customer requirements into practical, value-driven solutions. This role partners closely with sales teams, customers, and internal technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.

What You Will Do

Provide technical expertise to support consultative selling discussions and solution positioning. Partner with sales teams to support opportunity discovery, qualification, and technical validation. Engage directly with customers to understand technical requirements, system constraints, and application needs. Support development of technical proposals, solution architectures, bills of material, and scope definitions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You have four or more years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, systems engineering, or customer-facing technical roles. You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools for creating technical and customer-facing materials. Travel up to approximately 25–30% may be required. • Ability to develop and review technical solution components, including proposals and scope definitions.
• Ability to document and manage technical inputs using CRM and sales documentation tools.
