Role Overview
We are a Series A company expanding across multiple markets, and we need stronger systems behind how referrals, partners, and providers convert into active care. This role owns those systems.
What You Will Do
Own HubSpot marketing architecture and automation end to end, build segmentation, triggered messaging, and lifecycle workflows, and ensure referral source tracking is clean, consistent, and actionable.
