Role Overview
The Senior Fulfilment Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all Marketing Fulfilment activities can be scaled efficiently and accurately. This position supports the IR and Life businesses in all phases of the customer journey and sales process.
What You Will Do
Coordinate marketing collateral, kits, promotional materials, and digital assets, develop standardized workflows, prepare and deliver product launch kits, oversee the delivery of materials, and track and report on campaign and platform performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience in financial services preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing and updating large-scale order management systems in financial services
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical and process-improvement expertise
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
