Manager, Global People Operations

CoreWeave is seeking a Manager, Global People Operations to help build and run the operational backbone of our People function. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong operational judgment, enjoys creating clarity in complex environments, and is excited to grow their leadership impact through others.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in People Operations / HR Operations, with exposure to global or multi-state environments
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring others, or strong readiness to step into a people manager role
  • Hands-on experience with: Employee lifecycle operations, Leaves of absence and workplace accommodations, HRIS platforms and People systems
  • Comfort working alongside AI-enabled tools (e.g., automation, AI-assisted drafting, workflow optimization) and curiosity about how they can improve People Operations
  • Clear, respectful communicator who values collaboration, feedback, and operational rigor
