Role Overview

The Senior GBS Financial Operations Manager will lead the Global Business Services function, driving efficiency and excellence across core business processes. The role involves defining and optimizing global end-to-end business processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and service quality across worldwide operations.

The Senior GBS Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing robust controls and metrics-driven service delivery for critical back-office functions, including process automation, and acting as a key partner to executive stakeholders to support CoreWeave’s hyper-growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Operations, or Shared Services
• At least 3 years in a management role leading a Global Business Services or Shared Services organization
• Experience working in a publicly traded company environment
• Deep expertise in business process analysis, design, and implementation
• Proven ability to manage significant departmental budgets and invoicing processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
